I haven't received my order
If you haven't received your goods within the indicated time, please email us at email@example.com or use the contact form found on this website.. We will be quick to investigate, track it and update you along the way.
I'm not at home during the day. How can I safely receive my order?
If your delivery address is unattended, a card will be left in your letterbox. Simply collect from the indicated local post office on the card. If weekdays present a problem, Australia Post also opens on Saturdays.
Can I re-direct my order?
Once we ship your order, we are unable to re-direct it whilst in transit.

The colour is not what I thought it was, can I return the item?
Yes, of course.
Remember the item must be unused and in its original leather pouch packaging.

All our orders (except the leather bags) are sent out in our exclusive, handmade, soft leather pouches. A presentation and gift that won't be forgotten.
