Do prices include GST?

Yes, all prices listed include 10% GST.

Shipping and Delivery

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number. A link to Australia Post's e-tracking service will also be included in your email so you can keep an eye on its journey from us to you.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Absolutely. We ship to most countries around the globe.
Order over $250 and international standard shipping is free!

I haven't received my order

If you haven't received your goods within the indicated time, please email us at or use the contact form found on this website.. We will be quick to investigate, track it and update you along the way.

I'm not at home during the day. How can I safely receive my order?

If your delivery address is unattended, a card will be left in your letterbox. Simply collect from the indicated local post office on the card. If weekdays present a problem, Australia Post also opens on Saturdays.

Can I re-direct my order?

Once we ship your order, we are unable to re-direct it whilst in transit.

Returns and Exchanges

The colour is not what I thought it was, can I return the item?

Yes, of course. You can return your item and receive a refund minus shipping. Be sure to organise a organise a return authorisation number before returning your item.
Remember the item must be unused and in its original leather pouch packaging.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us straight away by completing the contact form on this website, sending us an email to We will co-ordinate a replacement.

My order is a gift. Do you gift wrap?

All our orders (except the leather bags) are sent out in our exclusive, handmade, soft leather pouches. A presentation and gift that won't be forgotten. At checkout, write your message in the 'message to Finders and Makers' box.

Can you send my gift with a personalised card?

If you would like to include a gift card, we will hand write it for you. At checkout, write your message in the 'more information' box.
